The designed leachate treatment capacity of the leachate treatment station of the Sanitary Landfill Site of Yangshan County is 150t/d. This project mainly includes facilities: (1) The landfill reservoir area covers an area of 90,000 m2, with a total storage capacity of approximately 1.06 million m3. The landfill reservoir area includes an anti-seepage system, flood control system, rain and sewage diversion system, gas guiding system, Active leachate drainage system, lightning protection system, lighting system, monitoring system, etc. The anti-seepage system adopts the internationally advanced GCL bentonite cushion + HDPE anti-seepage membrane + geogrid composite composite anti-seepage system. (2) The leachate treatment system adopts the leachate treatment process of "pretreatment + two-stage A/O + external UF + NF/RO", and the designed treatment scale is 150m3/d. (3) One leachate regulating tank is a regulating tank with a soft floating cover film + hard foundation + hard top fully sealed structure, covering an area of about 4500m2 and a storage capacity of about 20,000 m3. (4) Other supporting facilities: entry measurement and detection system, life office system and environmental monitoring system. The leachate treatment capacity is 150t/d, and the system recovery rate is above 70%. After the leachate is treated, the effluent reaches the discharge standard in Table 2 of the "Pollution Control Standard for Domestic Waste Landfill Site" (GB16889-2008). After the leachate treatment reaches the standard, it is discharged after the online monitoring.
