1. College degree or above in civil engineering, civil engineering, mechatronics, etc. Have engineer title or national registered construction engineer certificate is preferred.

2. Work experience: at least 5 years working experience in construction, real estate, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, at least 2 years working experience in charge of mechanical and electrical equipment installation or water and electricity installation;

3. Understand relevant national and local laws and regulations, mechanical and electrical installation industry technical specifications, familiar with monitoring points;

Proficient in project planning, design and construction management, good at electromechanical equipment or water and electricity installation project management;
