1. Discharge units specializing in the treatment of household waste landfill leachate shall determine the classification of pollutant discharge permit management according to Item 99 Sewage Treatment and Recycling 462 of 2019 Edition Catalogue (see the following table for details).

2. The management category of the leachate treatment station, which is the supporting construction of the MSF, is not determined separately, but determined by the management category of the MSF of the main industry. MSF is determined as the key management according to the 104 items of the 782 environmental sanitation management in the Catalogue of 2019 Edition (see Appendix 2 for details).
