Process advantages of two-stage DTRO landfill leachate treatment equipment

(1) The process is simple and compact, and the complete equipment is standardized


As shown in the diagram of two-stage DTRO process complete set of equipment, the complete set of equipment integrates sand filter system for pretreatment, core filter, membrane component for reverse osmosis separation, high pressure pump, circulating pump, cleaning tank for system cleaning, MCC cabinet and PLC cabinet for equipment power supply and control, etc.


In addition, raw water tanks, pumps and valves are also standardized complete sets of equipment, which are used for raw water adding acid regulation, water outlet alkali adjustment, etc., and are processed, installed and adjusted in the factory. It can be debugged after being hoisted in place on site and put into operation cycle is short.


(2) Strong process stability, simple maintenance, low energy consumption


Due to fewer factors affecting the rejection rate of membrane system, the effluent water quality of the system is very stable, and is not affected by biodegradability, carbon nitrogen ratio and other factors. The DT membrane components used in the two-stage DTRO process are standardized in design. The components are easy to be disassembled and maintained. Any filter diaphragm and other components can be easily checked and maintained when opened.


The DT membrane component in two-stage DTRO can effectively avoid membrane fouling, reduce membrane fouling, and prolong the life of reverse osmosis membrane. The special structure and hydraulics design of DT make the membrane group easy to clean, and the flux recovery after cleaning is very good, thus prolongs the membrane life. The practice engineering shows that in the leachate treatment, the life of the first stage DT diaphragm can be up to 3 years, the life of the two stage DT membrane can be up to 5 years, the life of the first stage DT membrane connected with other treatment facilities (such as MBR) can be up to 5 years, which is not possible for the general reverse osmosis treatment system.


In this process, there is no need to realize the final removal of contaminants, only separation, so the operation energy consumption is greatly reduced; Any single component within the DT component is allowed to be replaced separately. The filter part is assembled by a plurality of filter diaphragms and guide plates. When the filter diaphragm needs to be replaced, it can be replaced individually. For the diaphragm with good filtration performance, it can still be used, which greatly reduces the cost of membrane replacement.


(3) The water quality is good


Reverse osmosis membrane has a very high removal rate of various pollutants, and the effluent quality is good. At present, the main applications are single-stage DTRO (after tandem to biochemical effluent) and two-stage DTRO, which can completely meet the requirements of Table 2 of "Standard for Pollution Control of Domestic Waste Landfill" (GB16889-2008).


(4) Flexible operation


As a set of physical separation equipment, the two-stage DTRO system is flexible in operation. It can be operated continuously or intermittently, and the series and parallel mode of the system can be adjusted to meet the requirements of water quality and quantity.


(5) Short construction period, rapid debugging and start-up


The core components of the two-stage DTRO process are assembled in the factory, accompanied by the construction of supporting workshops and pools. The scale is small and the construction speed is fast. After the equipment arrives at the site, the installation and commissioning can be completed in a very short time.
