揭西县老虎坷垃圾填埋场始建于1995年，容量93万吨，后进行了2期扩容，2017年6月通过省二级无害化垃圾填埋场等级评价。填埋场库区包含防渗系统、防洪系统、雨污分流系统、导渗

导气系统、渗滤液主动抽排系统、照明系统、监测系统等几大系统，其中防渗系统采用了HDPE防渗膜+土工网格复合物的复合防渗系统。渗滤液处理系统采用“预处理+两级A/O+MBR+RO的渗滤液处理工艺，设计处理规模140m3/d。渗滤液调节池1座，为软浮盖膜，DTRO机器一台，设计处理量为160方/天
