In the daily operation of the membrane system of leachate treatment equipment, problems such as the deposition of colloidal particles, the breeding of microorganisms, the inorganic fouling of the membrane, and chemical pollution will appear. These factors affect the safety and stable operation of the system, and it is necessary to timely carry out the necessary membrane element maintenance work. The maintenance of membrane components can be summarized into two major aspects: one is the pretreatment of membrane, the other is the flushing, cleaning and maintenance of membrane equipment. The main purpose of maintenance in daily operation is to extend the service life of membrane elements and maintain the performance of membrane elements. Relevant operations shall be carried out in strict accordance with the instructions provided by Haibo Environmental Protection.



1. Pre-treatment of leachate treatment equipment



Different pretreatment methods are required for different raw water quality, which can be roughly divided into the following categories: coagulation, clarification, filtration, softening, disinfection, reduction, scale inhibition, etc.



Second, the flushing



After the shutdown of the system, part of the raw water remains in the membrane module, which is easy to lead to scaling, blockage, microbial breeding and other phenomena. Therefore, after the shutdown of the system, the flushing operation should be carried out to push the remaining raw water out of the membrane module. Water flushing is generally used.



Three, cleaning



When a membrane element is running too long, its flux is down and water saving is poor, so clean the membrane to recover its performance. Cleaning method is divided into acid cleaning, alkali cleaning, off-line cleaning, etc., can be cleaned according to the operation manual

Maintenance of membrane element of leachate treatment equipment



New membrane element



1. Membrane components have been tested for water circulation before delivery, and are stored with 1% sodium sulfite solution, and then vacuum packed with oxygen isolation bag



2. The membrane element must be kept in a wet state, even if it is temporarily opened to confirm the quantity of the package, it must be carried out in a state without damaging the plastic bag, and this state should be kept until use;



3. The membrane elements are stored at a low temperature of 5-10 degrees Celsius. When stored in an environment where the temperature exceeds 10 degrees Celsius, they should be in a well-ventilated place, and avoid direct sunlight



4. If the membrane element freezes, it will suffer physical damage, so it is necessary to take insulation measures and do not freeze it.



5. When stacking membrane components, the packing box should not be more than 5 layers, and ensure that the carton is kept dry.



The old membrane element



1, the membrane element must always be kept in a dark place, the storage temperature should not exceed 35 degrees Celsius, and to avoid direct sunlight; There is a risk of freezing when the temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, so take anti-freezing measures;



2. In order to prevent the growth of microorganisms during the short-term storage, transportation and standby of the membrane elements, it is necessary to prepare sodium sulfite (food grade) protective solution with a concentration of 500-loooppm and a pH value of 3-6 with pure water or reverse osmosis produced water.



3. After soaking the membrane element in the preservation solution for about LH, the membrane element is taken out of the solution and packaged in an oxygen isolation bag. The bag is sealed and labeled with the date of packaging.



4. After the membrane elements need to be preserved are repackaged, the preservation conditions are consistent with the new membrane elements;



5. The concentration and pH value of the preservation solution should be kept within the above range, which should be checked regularly. If deviation from the above standard may occur, the preservation solution should be modulated again.



6. In any case, the membrane can not be kept in a dry state;



7. In addition, 0.2% ~ 0.3% formaldehyde solution with concentration (mass percentage concentration) can be used as the preservation solution. Formaldehyde is a more potent microbe killer than sodium bisulfite and does not contain oxygen.



Other: such as to avoid the water producing side of the back pressure, avoid water hammer phenomenon, maintain the recovery rate in a normal and reasonable range, control reasonable cleaning cycle, etc.
