The design leachate treatment capacity of Yangshan domestic waste landfill leachate treatment station is 150t / d. The project mainly includes facilities: (1) the landfill area covers an area of 90000 M2 with a total storage capacity of about 1060000 m3. The landfill area includes anti-seepage system, flood control system, rainwater and sewage diversion system, air conduction system, leachate active drainage system, lightning protection system, lighting system, monitoring system, etc. the anti-seepage system adopts the internationally advanced GCL bentonite mat + HDPE anti-seepage membrane + geogrid composite The composite anti-seepage system of the material. (2) The leachate treatment system adopts the leachate treatment process of "pretreatment + two-stage A / O + external UF + NF / Ro", with the designed treatment capacity of 150m3 / d. (3) One leachate regulating tank is a soft floating cover membrane + hard foundation + hard top fully sealed structure, covering an area of about 4500m2 and a storage capacity of about 20000 m3. (4) Other supporting facilities: entrance measurement and detection system, living and office system and environmental monitoring system. The leachate treatment capacity is 150t / D, and the system recovery rate is more than 70%. The effluent from the leachate treatment meets the discharge standard in Table 2 of pollution control standard for domestic waste landfill (GB 16889-2008). The leachate can be discharged after on-line monitoring.
