External UF integrated equipment

Tubular membrane MBR (ultrafiltration) technology is an external type, through the pump will be pumped into the membrane tube, membrane separation under the pressure drive, the effluent through the membrane into the ultrafiltration tank, and the biochemical liquid back to the biochemical tank to continue to participate in biological treatment. The application of external MBR membrane can make the sludge concentration of the biological treatment section reach 10-40g/ L and save the investment of civil engineering. Activated sludge is separated by ultrafiltration (UF). Particles with particle size greater than 0.03 micron and suspended matter are connected in the system, and the effluent of ultrafiltration is clear. Separate circulating pump to generate large filtration flux, flow rate of 3~ 5M /s, to avoid membrane tube clogging. The compact and simple structure of ultrafiltration is especially suitable for the treatment of complex wastewater.


Tubing ultrafiltration membrane, internal pressure mode, material selection of hydrophilic, not easy to adhere to pollutants, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high filtration flux PVDF. The membrane filtration method is cross-flow filtration, and the treatment effect is better. The effluent of tubular ultrafiltration membrane has no bacteria and other microorganisms, and no suspended matter, which has a good protective effect on the subsequent deep treatment of nanofiltration or reverse osmosis.

The product principle


According to the location of membrane components, solid-liquid separation membrane bioreactor can be divided into external membrane bioreactor and built-in bioreactor.


External ultrafiltration membrane is a kind of membrane made of polymer material. The pore size of the external ultrafiltration membrane is very small, so the bacteria in the water and the colloid, rust, suspended matter, sediment, macromolecular organic matter, which are much larger than the bacteria, can be intercepted by the ultrafiltration membrane when they pass through, thus realizing the purification process.


The working principle of


The external UF is separated from the membrane module and the bioreactor. The mixed liquid in the bioreactor is pressurized by the circulating pump and hit to the filter end of the membrane module. Under the action of pressure, the liquid in the mixed liquid passes through the membrane and becomes the system treatment effluent. The solids and macromolecules are retained by the membrane and returned to the bioreactor with the concentrated solution.


The membrane filtration system consists of: UF inlet water pump, inlet water filter, membrane assembly, circulating pump, cleaning pump.

The characteristics of


Stable and reliable operation;

However, under general conditions, in order to reduce the deposition of pollutants on the membrane surface and prolong the cleaning cycle of the membrane, a circulating pump is needed to provide a higher cross flow velocity on the membrane surface, and the energy consumption is high.


The process parameters


The operating pressure is 0.11 ~ 0.6MPa;


When the temperature is less than 60℃, the membrane flux of the ultrafiltration membrane is 1 ~ 500.
